Riesling Terroir selection 2019

2019, Quality dry white wine
Taste and sensory characteristics

From the first harvest of organically grown grapes at the Chľaba vineyards, Riesling was spontaneously fermented on the lees in 500-liter Hungarian “Kádár” barrels and then matured in a stainless steel tank. Aside from the acids typical of this variety, it has a very friendly, full and complex combination of flavours. You’ll find in it peach, lemon, exotic fruits and a light smoky taste. The sip has a gentle aftertaste at the end and a little residual sugar gives it even more patina.
