This dark yellow wine with the bouquet of citrus and made in the traditional way is, thanks to its fermentation in barrels, a testament to a high degree of complexity. The wine’s mineral aftertaste creates a perfect harmony that makes the sip feel full. The tannins from the wood are paired perfectly with the plant characteristic of the variety. A layered aroma, excellent concentration and long taste that reaches its peak after a certain weathering.
